Michele is a graduate of the Bergen Community College, Veterinary Technician Program where she earned a degree in Applied Science. She began working at Oradell Animal Hospital in 2008 as a Client Services Representative. She then transferred to the Emergency and Critical care department where she started as a ward aide.
She trained to be a vet assistant until she earned her technician degree. Shortly after her technician promotion, she accepted a supervisor position in the department and has been doing that until January 2019 when she moved to her current position of Patient Services Manager.
As Manager of Patient Services Michele oversees all of the technical support staff in the following departments: Emergency, Critical Care, In hospital care, Dental, Surgery, Radiology/MRI/CT, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Rehabilitation/cold laser, Blood banking, Instruments.
