Dr. Arthur Fettig has a broad range of advanced surgical skills with a professional interest in wound care and gastrointestinal surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. He completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, followed by residency training in small animal surgery at Tufts University and Angell Memorial Animal Hospital.
Dr. Fettig joined Oradell Animal Hospital in 2007.
He is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS).
